How do I take off my front Filler Panel...

The Filler Panel is that thing that runs the length of the front from under the headlights and above the bumper.

I have located 3 screws. One in the middle, and one under each turn signal. Are there any more screws? If I take them off will it come off with a tug? I have take off two of them before and it didnt' seem like it wanted to budge but maybe I have to take off all 3.

Please help I want to get my grill installed ASAP.

You have to pull off the bumper. Take of your bumper lights. Behind those are 2 10mm bolts a side. In the fender well are 2 screws a side, remove these also. The bumper should come off. Then you will see, I think there are 2 more bolts under the bumper for the filler panel. Pull off the two corners also. And their should be one right in the center. You should know about the rest. The key is to get the bumper off first. Anymore questios, just ask. Hope this helps

Well the reason I'm trying to take off the Filler Panel is because I need to Dremel out a screw so I can take off the bumper and put my grill in. So it's a Catch 22!

But to take off the bumper you need to unscrew the fender screws, then the screws under the bumper, then the screws under the turn signals but those are the ones I am having trouble taking off. I need to cut them out with a dremel. Other than that I should be able to get this out.

Whoever designed this car was a moron because the one screw is basically halfway under the filler panel, so if it is true you need to take off the bumper before the filler panel than I see no way to unscrew that screw that will not strip the shit out of it.
